ProxyHub operates the website https://proxyhub.one, the application dashboard https://app.proxyhub.one, and the ProxyHub mobile application, offering software infrastructure enabling Customers to create and manage mobile proxies on commodity mobile phones.

Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, protect, and disclose personal data when you interact with our website and mobile application or use our services.

Our services, including the website and the ProxyHub mobile application, are not designed for individuals under eighteen years of age. ProxyHub does not intentionally gather or distribute personal information from persons below the age of eighteen. Upon discovering the possession of such information, we promptly remove it.

Your use of our services signifies your consent to our collection and use of personal data as described in this policy. In processing personal data, we adhere to the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards and principles, recognizing them as robust data processing safeguards.

We act as the Data Controller of your personal data, except where we process End User's data on behalf of Customers.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of your personal information, ensuring it is neither sold nor rented. We will only disclose your personal data as described in this Policy and provided by law.

2. Definitions

  • Service means the https://proxyhub.one website, the https://app.proxyhub.one dashboard, and ProxyHub mobile application operated by ProxyHub.
  • Personal Data means data about a living individual who can be identified from that data.
  • Data Subject is any living individual who is the subject of Personal Data.
  • Usage Data is data collected automatically either generated by the use of Service or from Service infrastructure itself.

4. Categories of Data Subjects

  • Website Visitors are those who visit our websites https://proxyhub.one and https://app.proxyhub.one, including those who may opt to provide an email address or other contact information to receive communications, fill out a survey, or provide feedback.
  • Customers are individuals or entities who enter into an Agreement with ProxyHub and to whom ProxyHub provides services in accordance with such an Agreement.
  • End Users are individuals or entities who directly use the mobile proxies created by our Customers on ProxyHub software infrastructure.

5. Information We Collect

Website Visitors:

When using our websites (https://proxyhub.one and https://app.proxyhub.one) for information only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect data that your browser transmits to our server (so-called "server log files"):

  • Date and time at the moment of access
  • Amount of data sent in bytes
  • Source/reference from which you came to the page
  • Browser used
  • Operating system used
  • IP address used (if applicable: in anonymized form)

When you interact with our website, such as through web forms, email subscriptions, surveys, or customer support requests, we may collect:

  • Marketing and Communications Data: your name, email address, and other contact details. This information is processed with your consent.
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies to monitor our Service activity. These include necessary cookies for website operation, preference cookies for statistics, and functional cookies for personalization.

Customers:

In addition to the information we collect about the Customer as a Website Visitor, for account registration, we also gather the following information:

  • Identity Data: name, last name, username, and password
  • Contact Data: email address, phone number, and other account details
  • Payment Information: Required for paid subscriptions, including details depending on the chosen payment method. This information is stored with the selected payment operator.
  • Technical Data: Android version, SIM IP, WiFi IP, IP history, other device data (battery, etc.)
  • Marketing and Communications Data: may include your preferences in receiving marketing communications from us. We may use your contact information to send newsletters, marketing materials, and other relevant information. You can opt out of these communications at any time.
  • KYC Data: To prevent fraud, we may conduct Customer background checks, at our discretion or as legally required, using a third-party service provider for identity and sanctions list checks. We give Customers further information on the KYC process if such needs arise.

In instances where the Customer independently uses proxies created on their Device without granting proxy access to others, we, as the Data Controller, collect and store the following information:

  • Usage Data: Customer identifier, IP address, timestamps of your internet service activities (login, logout, etc.), connection history
  • Technical Data: phone identifier, user's phone model, information about the phone system, mobile carrier information, as well as the volume of traffic (both incoming and outgoing)

6. Mobile Application Permissions

The ProxyHub Android application requires the following permissions:

Technical Note: ProxyHub does not use Android's VpnService API. Instead, it uses a custom peer-to-peer protocol for secure proxy connections. Your traffic is routed through cellular networks without intercepting or modifying device-wide network traffic.

7. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from persons under 18 as we do not provide our Service to persons under 18.

ProxyHub does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as social security numbers, genetic data, medical information, or religious information.

8. Use of Data

ProxyHub only processes personal information in a way that is compatible with and relevant to the purpose for which it was collected. We may use your personal information to:

  • Provide and maintain our Service
  • Notify you about changes to our Service
  • Provide customer support
  • Gather analysis or valuable information to improve our Service
  • Monitor the usage of our Service
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues

Wherever possible, we anonymize data, removing personal identification. After the retention period, we securely delete or destroy the data.

We work with other companies who provide us with services that help run our business. These Service Providers may only process personal information pursuant to our instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection measures.

We do not permit our Service Providers to sell any personal information we share with them or to use any personal information we share with them for their own marketing purposes.

ProxyHub primarily stores your information in the European Economic Area. Whenever ProxyHub transfers personal information internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards, consistent with the laws of the territory from which the data is exported.

When ProxyHub transfers personal data from the EEA, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom (UK) internationally, we rely on the EU standard contractual clauses, including supplementary measures as necessary.

13. Security of Data

We take all reasonable steps to protect information we receive from you from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, and unauthorized disclosure or access. We have put in place appropriate physical, technical, and administrative measures to safeguard and secure your information, and we make use of privacy-enhancing technologies such as encryption.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

ProxyHub does not sell your Personal Information in the conventional sense (i.e., for money).

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
