1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ProxyHub ("ProxyHub", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the ProxyHub website (https://proxyhub.one), mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ProxyHub provides software infrastructure that enables users ("Customers") to create and manage mobile proxies using commodity mobile phones. The Service allows Customers to route internet traffic through cellular or WiFi networks via their mobile devices.

The Service consists of:

  • The ProxyHub website and dashboard
  • The ProxyHub Android mobile application
  • API access and related developer tools
  • Technical support and documentation

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • To transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • To infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • To engage in any form of network abuse, including denial-of-service attacks
  • To distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • To engage in fraudulent activities or impersonation
  • To scrape, harvest, or collect information without authorization
  • To circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service

6. Mobile Application

The ProxyHub mobile application is designed to turn your mobile device into a proxy server. By installing and using the application, you acknowledge that:

  • The application will use your device's internet connection (cellular or WiFi) to route proxy traffic
  • Data usage may increase significantly when the proxy service is active
  • You are responsible for any data charges incurred by your mobile carrier
  • The application requires certain device permissions to function (see our Privacy Policy for details)
  • Battery consumption may increase while the proxy service is running

7. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our website. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms.

We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any fee changes before they take effect.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ProxyHub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ProxyHub, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ProxyHub and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "effective date" at the top.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
